1、 Requirements for laying drip irrigation belt

At present, the single-wing labyrinth disposable drip irrigation belt is widely used in the field, and the field mechanized laying method is used for laying.

1. For the device required to lay drip irrigation belt, the guide wheel should rotate flexibly, the guide ring should be smooth, and it should be wrapped with film to ensure that the drip irrigation belt will not be scratched when laying.

2. The drip irrigation belt should not be laid too tightly, and some allowance should be left for expansion and contraction to prevent installation difficulties caused by too tight laying, but it should not be laid too loose, otherwise it will cause waste.

3. When laying the single-wing labyrinth drip irrigation belt, the flow channel shall face upward.

4. It is forbidden to reverse after the drip irrigation belt laying device is opened.

5. When laying the drip irrigation belt, the disconnection position should be connected in a timely manner to avoid the impact of sand and other debris on the later management.

6. The connection of drip irrigation belt shall be tight and sealed. The middle of drip irrigation belt between two branch pipes shall be tight and the end shall be closed to block water flow.

2、 Steps for laying drip irrigation belt in the field

1. Check whether the modification of the seeder is appropriate.

2. Erect the drip irrigation belt on the drip irrigation belt laying device, with the convex face of the flow channel upward.

3. The angle between the drip irrigation belt and the positioning wheel shall be 90 °, which is convenient for the seeder to sow naturally under the balanced tension of the drip irrigation belt.

4. Do not reverse after the implement is turned on.
